This is a welcome page. It is left intentionally blank. But you probably do not want to use this as your site. To set up the homepage like you see in the demo, create a new page > choose the page template of your choice (the demo is Template 360) > navigate to Settings > Reading > Set your homepage to static and choose the page template you created. Also, be sure to read the documentation :) Change this text in Theme Options > Welcome Page (Index).
